Fixed and mobile silent shielding
In the field of industrial soundproofing we work mainly on two different fronts:
- Containment of the level of exposure of operators to noise produced by production machinery in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008;
- Containment of noise emissions towards the outside in compliance with the Prime Minister’s Decree of 14/11/1997 and subsequent amendments.
We design, manufacture and install our noise reduction systems to ensure compliance with legal objectives and precise noise reduction guarantees.

FIXED AND MOBILE SILENT SHIELDING
The SILENT SHIELDS can be fixed or mobile and are made both for indoors and outdoors. These products are used when there are sound sources that are not particularly noisy and are small in size. The shields can also include transparent glazed portions.
The mobile shields are made using the TECNOMODUL system and can have TECSON or TECNOSYSTEM modular panels: this type of shielding is created to contain the noise of activities that can be carried out in different places within the plant (for example grinding, welding) and therefore can be easily moved depending on the various production needs. For the sake of stability, mobile silent shields do not exceed 2.5 / 3.0 metres in height. They can also be produced in bi-absorbent and soundproofing versions to separate two different noisy areas and equipped with soundproofing glass portions to ensure maximum visibility.
The fixed silent shields, on the other hand, are made using the TECNOSYSTEM system, with a tubular supporting structure and / or steel profiles to which panels are hooked, or metal barriers made with TECNOWALL panels.
